This Site was developed as a service for Condominium Directors, Property Managers, Developers, Custodians, Superintendents and Owners. Our Site provides immediate access to those who require reference to the Condominium Act; however, it has been designed to fill a need in the Condominium community in both products and services.

FOR EFFICIENCY AND QUOTATION PURPOSES ALL SERVICES LISTED ON OUR SITE ARE LIMITED TO THREE MAJOR CONTACTS PER CATEGORY.

The following 4 steps will help your business list more quickly at Condominiums Ontario:
Step 1:	Review the front page of the Condominiums Ontario site to determine the most appropriate category in which you would like to be listed.
Step 2:	Compile the material that you would like Condominiums Ontario to display for you. This includes: contact information (both regular and electronic), products and/or services that you offer, and other relevant information to our visitors and your clients. This includes one page, approximately equivalent to an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper
Step 3:	Submit your compiled material in electronic format i.e., text, html or word processed document. We prefer that your logo is a GIF transparent image (if this is a concern we can take care of it for you at cost).

The cost to host your web page is one annual payment of $450.00. This method of payment allows a simplified billing system, which eliminates unnecessary contract and invoicing overhead.

The initial cost for design and set up of your web page is a one time fee of $60.00 This includes a one page (approximately equivalent to an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper) listing under the category of your choice. The page can include your company logo, a description of your company and services, contact information and one or two small images or icons. Logos and images can be provided in an electronic format or in printed form suitable for scanning (a high quality print on a plain white background). Images can be modified or "cleaned up" for use on your page. Black and white logos can be colourized. Additional fees may apply for updates or revisions.
