| JONATHAN H. FINE is a nationally recognized
condominium lawyer and litigator having been lead counsel on a number
of reported cases on condominium and commercial law. He has lectured
and written extensively on the subject of condominium law, and has
served as a teacher for the Law Society of Upper Canada in its Bar
admission course. Jonathan is a founding director, founding member
and past president of the Canadian Condominium Institute and is a
recipient of the title of Fellow of the Canadian Condominium Institute. |
| MARIO D. DEO is a frequent lecturer at many professional
condominium conferences and seminars including events sponsored by
the Canadian Condominium Institute and the Association of Condominium
Managers of Ontario. He has written many articles on a wide variety
of condominium legal issues and lectured on Bill 38 at the Canadian
Bar Association. Pursuant to a request made to Fine & Deo by the
Ontario Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations, Mario has participated
in the drafting and recommending improvements to Bill 38. |

JOSEPH W. RYAN has pursued his practice
in the field of litigation focusing specifically on the areas of
commercial litigation and administrative law advocacy. His practice
encompasses both real estate and condominium related litigation
as well as labour and employment litigation.
