JOHN DEACON serves on the Condominium Cable Communications Committee making submissions to the CRTC and on the Condominium Sub Committee of the Canadian Bar Association to recommend changes to the proposed new Condominium Act. He is the author of "Law Lights" a regular column on legal in the "Condominium Manager" magazine.

MICHAEL SPEARS is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation and teaches civil litigation at the Bar Admission Course of the Law Society of Upper Canada. He practices mainly in the area of condominium litigation law and maintains a general litigation practice.

BLAINE FEDSON has extensive experience in the practice of both condominium corporate and litigation law and has represented groups of condominium purchasers in negotiating and litigating aborted real estate transactions.

ELLEN MONTIZAMBERT is a frequent speaker on condominium law matters at conferences and courses in southwestern Ontario. She practices both condominium corporate law and condominium litigation.

SALLY HARRIS practices in all areas of condominium, real estate and estate law.

COUNSEL

DAVID POTTS practices in the area of libel litigation. He was a member of The Ontario Attorney General's Advisory Committee on the Law of Defamation and is co-author of the legal text "Canadian Libel Practice".
